The focus of this information session is on identifying job-site productivity challenges. These challenges are not caused by workers or companies; they often stem from the absence of clear systems and checklists. While earning Red Seal certification, tradespeople develop deep expertise in their craft, but that training rarely covers leadership or organizational skills. The Foreperson Foundational Skills program bridges that gap by providing a structured framework that promotes better organization, minimizes inefficiencies, and significantly reduces rework costs.
